The phone numbers dont work, the email addresses dont work. I have been doing taxes here for a few years now and all thoigh its been hard to get a hold of them previously after many attempts, at least the phone rang. Now the phone says the number not set up to take calls. Ughh

Extremely disappointed with this company, been going to helgersons and associates for a long time and it has now switched to Sumption tax and no one answers the phone, cannot leave a message and when you drive there, they are closed! I am going somewhere else now
I am being audited from the IRS no one will respond.
If there was a zero star i would give that as the review. We are in need of some paperwork that they have the originals for was told 4 months ago as soon as 2023 tax prep was over they would get to the information, i am in serious need of this information now (needed it for 7/3/2023 and didn't have it i have left 8 voicemails, emailed 5 times and have shown up there at their office 4 times, twice at 11.00 am and twice at 4.00 pm and no one is around, i asked the tenants in the buiding and no one has seen them. my next step i... read more
