Ordered a sewage pump on a Sunday, and realized immediately I ordered the wrong thing. Sent an email to the email listed for customer service within 29 minutes of ordering. A full 24 hours later, I got an email stating the order was shipped. Called customer service (which was now open), and they stated I would have to pay a roughly $200 fee to return the pump they never should have shipped. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company and its shady business practices.
