It's the best coffee I've ever had and it's always so consistently good
Time to sing praises. I've struggled to find a true third wave specialty coffee shop that is investing time, energy, and talent into sourcing coffees with unique drying processes, precise roasting and quality brewing. I've been back in St Louis for about 8 months now from Columbus, and the dark roast syrup shops have been absolutely killing me. Today I walked in and got one of their seasonal Colombian honey process light roast pour overs and my socks have been completely blown off. 10/10.
The merch is red! The espresso was a little burnt. He gave me regular milk instead of oat milk like I asked. These things happen. I know that they have good coffee. I think they were just having an odd off day.
