I used to always love this place. I've recently been put on a VERY strict medical diet and asked my hunny to get takeout as i was dying for sushi. He brought it home and the food was covered in tobiko which I'm highly allergic to. When i called to notify them, the rude woman on the phone insisted he didn't specify the concerns. Knowing I could end up in the ER i know how on top of this stuff he is. Not only did $40 worth of food go in the trash but I could have gotten very ill. Best Japanese in Patchogue, service impeccable, freshest food around would recommend over other japanese establishments around. New renovations make for an overall great experience!
Disaster. How does it take longer to get raw fish than cooked hibachi meat? Three sushi apps came after the girls finished their dinners and my sushi sashimi combo dinner never showed up because they were "busy". Cancelled it. Went to a real Japanese restaurant 360 Taiko to get take out. Great service!!!
