This place is great. The hibachi grill is so entertaining for people of all ages. The food is fresh and full of flavor. I would suggest making a reservation in advance especially if you have a large group. Prices are a bit steep but worth it in food quality and entertainment.
Had an amazing time at this restaurant. Food was Fabulous. Little one tried foods she said she did not like and loved them. Our chef was so much fun. All the beautiful prom dresses flowing about was a treat.
We enjoyed our birthday celebration at Sumo. Our waiter Robert was great, he was attentive and prompt and brought many laughs to party of 16 in addition to managing our party effortlessly! Chefs & food were fantastic, looking forward to visiting Sumo again!
Outstanding service by Crystal and delicious food....wow..wow...! Tommy master the cooking on the Hibachi and I enjoyed every minute...! So my husband and I went for our first time and I must say the service was excellent and the chef was awesome. Our food tasted very good I ordered the hibachi chicken with fried rice and my husband had hibachi steak it came with a very tasty soup and a salad, it's a little pricey for hibachi but I didn't mind since we had a great experience over all. Also the manager came to ask how was everything and for me that's a bonus. Will come back
Came here with the family, and had a great time! We started with a caterpillar roll which frankly, was the best one I've ever tasted (and I've lived all over). They add something crunchy (maybe tempura?) to the middle, and that just made it over the top delicious! Then Chef TOMMY arrived, and he was hilarious! Scooch your chair back for the initial grill lighting, because it gets hot! 2 of us ordered steak medium rare, and 2 ordered Shamu specials. Everything was cooked perfectly!
Great service! Our server had our drinks to us fast, tommy was great, he put on a wonderful show. The shrimp lobster and filet were cooked perfectly. The manager even came over and said hello! We will definitely be back!
Food was awesome. The tepenyaki chef was personable and sweet .
This is my favorite place to eat in the whole city. I think their Teriyaki sauce recipe really pushes the menu over the top. Not to mention it's a really funny place with a great full bar and they serve jaeger.
