Not pleased at all. My grandmother was in ICU for over a week. After being moved to a regular room they did not physical therapy with her. When it was time to leave they did'nt even get her ready they just left her like she was and moved her to our car. They also didn't feed her some. They left the tray by the door but never brought it in for her. When it was time to go They acted like they didn't care and was just trying to get her out of their way. Great people and really tried to help me before being transferred
I spent some time in the ER and I was treated so kindly. The doctor and nurses were absolutely amazing and caring. Hats off to all of them.. True professionals in all fields. ❤
They were fast and very sympathetic with what I had going on. I went to the ER here and it was clean and the nurses took my son and gave him a popsicle while we talked about my symptoms. Would recommend to anyone!
They do their job well and the doctors are quite understanding and patient. I love this place.

Stay as far away from this hospital as possible. The level of care they provide is inept and patients are sent home just as sick as when they went in. Most of the doctors and nurses are rude and can't communicate worth a crap. if you have the ability to go somewhere else do so and don't look back.
Last December I had an accident and spent a few days at SRMC. I left with a bill for over $37,000. Less than a year later I owed less than $1,000 and they turned it over to a collection agency. The collection agency called and asked if I would make monthly payments to have the bill paid in one year. I explained that I would have it paid in three months.
