Absolute kubota has ruined this place!!! Warning if you rely on this as a living then I suggest you take your mower somewhere else to be serviced!!! Will not help you in any way! No demos, no service team and now my main mower has been with them for almost 2 months during prime mowing season!! And come to find out my mower has been taken somewhere to be fixed!! Insane!!
Cub Cadet Dealer but was told they do not really work on Cub Cadet mows so they do not carry parts for them. They also sent my phone call to VM when I called an hour before they closed, I would assume since I have an out of state number.
I own a landscape company, GeoScapes, and we were having issues with our herbicide spray rig. I called Sumner Outdoor with an electrical issue on a new solenoid for an electric reel for one of our spray rigs. We felt like we had everything wired up, but we just couldn’t get the solenoid to turnover. The guys gave me a couple of pointers over the phone and said if I could make it up there they’d be happy to spend a couple minutes on it, but said they are not familiar with that type of equipment and wouldn’t be able to take it... read more
