I was in need of a durable zero turn and had been researching various brands. I settled on the Gold Standard (Exmark). Clint steered me in choosing the right model for my acre lot. He went over the machine with me explaining in deep detail how to operate & maintain my investment. He even noticed a couple minor blemishes on the leather arm rest and some film on the drive tires and corrected it before it was delivered to my house. Experience was very smooth and pleasant. My research had told me that working with a local dealer vs big box store was the way to go for multiple reasons and so far this has proven to be accurate in the solid experience and support felt through the buying and early ownership process. The tractor itself was somewhat delayed from initial expectations but I was made aware of this early and often by Clint and the team who made me feel confident in my decision from start to finish.
Clint was great and kept me informed about parts and time frame to complete repairs.
