So this will be my second negative review of this medical facility... could I give zero stars I would. We are going through a pandemic in the world (and especially in this country). When I walk into a medical facility that says “mask required” and find people working for the doctors office without masks, of course that makes my blood boil. I went in as a new patient after moving in from another state. I have severe back problems and need a pain medication that is really not addictive. I can’t seem to get anyone to preauthorize it so that my new insurance will cover it. I’m in a lot of pain and the office will not even give me a call back. I requested a referral to a pain specialist and they won’t provide me with that either. So here I hang without help in sight. Not impressed, not impressed.
