I took my son to summitstone Longview… The intake was a bit of a process… My son was so messed up. He could barely even finish the paperwork…they putting in a room and a lady came took his blood pressure and urine then left. We spent the next hour or so in this room… My son fell asleep… I left and went home. Your loved one can be court ordered here after a suicide attempt, 6 months in and out of rehab, and in under 24hr they’ll give them the go ahead and get back out there with 0 changes in meds or goals. This place is amazing. From the second I walked in the door I was greeted and felt comfortable by the staff. From the intake they were very helpful to safely and comfortably detox and feel better. The staff was there every second I needed something. The onsite therapist was always available if I needed to talk about anything. The groups that you can attend are very helpful also.
