So my appointment today was supposed to be at 130pm and I get there at 1255pm, talk to the lady at the front and answer her questions and she says I'm good to go upstairs to wait. So I do that and it gets to 1:50pm so I go downstairs and ask what the deal is only to be informed they messed up my check in and can't reschedule until next month for an important prescription that I need in order to function..
I have had 3 therapists in less than 3 years, and over half of that time was spent waiting for a new therapist. The first, natalie, stopped showing up after I told her my partner was transgender. The second, Emma, was amazing but unfortunately she was an intern and left after 7 months. This place is falling apart. It's not the doctors or the therapist it's the staff that is supposed to help you get your services. While back I was hung up on by the girl who is supposed to answer the phone to schedule my medication appointment, I complained. And I just spoke to Lori and she told me that if I thought I could get better Services somewhere else she encouraged me to do so. Summitstone Health Partners in Fort Collins and Loveland are helpful in many ways! Most of the times you are in need to be seen by someone, people just seek the basics, "show they care" and never get down to the real reason or issues. Not the Fort Collins and Loveland office! I'm glad I am a steady patient of both offices.(mostly Fort Collins) COMPASSION PERCENT!
Summitstone, along with Longview have helped me in so many ways. The staff has gone above and beyond what I would call their duties to bring me some comfort in regards to my families needs. I am so thankful, I'm not sure I would have been able to do it on my own. Thank you Summitstone.
