DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will screw you over when you get ready to leave. I saw a few other reviews complaining about the same issue. I gave them an opportunity but PLEASE ADHERE TO THE REVIEWS. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They are giving away gift cards for people trying to leave and taking half of first months rent for those coming in. Dont fall for it! Natalie Looper the finance manager for Summit west is not reliable or trustworthy. Pam the leasing office agent is the only nice and honest person there.
RecommendedI love the place only problem I have is parking especially where there is no handicap parking my roommate can’t get to van people park so wrong and close to curb where he walks that my problem.
Management screwed us over multiple times do not reccomend at all
They let my abusive ex-boyfriend into my locked apartment. He was NOT on the lease. Police were called but because he had some belongings there they claim he established residency. I couldn't get him to leave so I moved out and the only place I could go was out of state to stay with family. UDR then charged me an early termination fee and because I couldn't pay over $4k, they put it with collections. Don't rent from them....who knows who they'll let into your apartment!!!
We've lived here going on 4 years now and this last year has been absolutely terrible. From a significant raise in rent EVERY year to an electrical fire in our neighbors laundry room bc the dryer vents release in the attic with little ventilation, to monthly floods/ back ups in hall bathroom, to multiple water damage issues, to ant infestations, to paying for free parking plus extra $30 for reserved only to be woken at 4am to your car being towed bc management didn't give you the correct color sticker and of course the fee t... read more
We have been here for about 6 weeks and like it here. We have found the staff to be professional and welcoming and informative and friendly. And today we want to say that we are very very very grateful for the service team. We had a few issues as we have started out here and found the repair team to be thorough, skilled, and very very quick.
