Quiet Community, Sucky Management This has been a half way enjoyable place to live. The neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is clean. The management however leave much to be desired. The association seems to be on a power trip and if you aren't an owner you really have no standing in the eyes of the community.
HORRIBLE Place to Live Horrible place to RENT!! The management team really rides the boarders of whats lawful and not lawful. I'm still waiting on "Rules and Regulations" from the H.O.A. which states in my lease that I have to abide by them. On top of that, they threaten to evict me if I have 2 visitors in my place. White trash neighbors who own next to me vandalized my friends car becasue it was parked in front of her place. Management did nothing about it but tell me I was a renter and that I had no rights. The managers from HELL! I have been a resident here for the past 30 years. The previous management and board of directors was wonderful, but the current 2 managers are complete a__holes. They get paid $50,000. 00 a year and for what! We the residents pay a ridiculous h.o.a fee of at least $200.00 a month, at least. We pay for their salary and what do the residents get, nothing, but hassled on a regular basis. The kicker is they have no precious experience!
