I used to love this clinic. Krissa was always on top of things. Until recently. I went to see four (4) different providers with this office about some serious symptoms and was blown off. I ended up having to change providers at a different clinic. Literally 5 minutes into meeting me she orders a bunch of tests that should have been ordered months ago. I have been going to Summit View clinic to have my Coumadin/Warfarin levels checked monthly. There was never a copay if the levels stayed the same and no changes were needed in the medication. Now that the Everett Clinic has taken over I’m going to be charged a $30.00 copay at each visit. Even though I’m only being seen by a medical assistant but being charged like I’m seeing a physician assistant. Not happy to now have to pay $780.00 a year for visits that are 2 min for a finger stick blood test.
