Excellent, knowledgeable service. I appreciate how friendly they are.
The most caring group of people. We took our dog in and they were wonderful to us and him. We were seen very quickly and they were very thorough. Very grateful there is a place like this in Decatur.
We are so very fortunate to have this clinic so close to us. We got EXCELLENT care from the front desk to seeing the doctor here. Our boy started having recent seizures and they assessed him. We could not get in to see our regular vet due to the holiday. We’ve never had any pet with seizure problems. Our boy had 3 early this morning. As soon as Summit opened I called and was told to bring him in. They are a walk in clinic. We got emergency meds to hopefully get us over this holiday. We had to unfortunately put our sweet dog Broccoli to sleep, the staff were very friendly and caring through the whole process I unfortunately didn't get their names but I am grateful for them during it all, Thank you for everything
Although our trip here did not turn out as we had hoped, Summit did a phenomenal job for us. We brought our baby in very sick. They were patient and understanding. They ran tests and gave us the unfortunate news and gave us our options. When it come time to make the decision to put our baby down, they allowed us to love on her one last time before they administered the drugs. We held her until she took her last breath.
