I went to this veterinarian on Saturday with a 3 week old kitten. I was the only person in the office at that time & it took almost an hour for my kitten to be seen. They charged me $212 for a wormer and medicine for my kittens diarrhea. They said my kitten did not test positive for anything. To be honest I'm not even sure they tested him because they took him off to another room. Brought our elderly dog in for an emergency visit, we were quickly seen and they were so kind and wonderful with her. Thank you so much for everything.
I had to use this veterinary clinic's services, but honestly, I do not recommend it. They treated my dog, but it was very expensive and they didn't solve the problem—they just took my money. Three months later, I had to take her elsewhere, and she required surgery to fix the issue they had missed. You know, the cost for two days of hospitalization, medication, and the surgery was actually lower than what they charged me here. Honestly, I do not recommend it; the service was terrible and expensive. Look for another place.
So thankful Summit Vet and Dr. Smith and her staff exist! They treated our German Shepherd with great care when we needed to be seen on Sunday for non life-threatening infection. Pricing was fair for the services provided too.
Everyone there was friendly and professional. They took the time to hear about my dog and her everyday going on. The bet was AMAZING. I can't recommend them enough!
