When we moved here we had 2 dogs and 1 cat. All were patients. Over time, our older dog had a tumor removed and all received annual care. The younger dog went with an ex after a breakup, and the cat sadly ran away. When our tumor ridden elderly dog was passing away we were told that because we had not kept up on care for our other pets (that we didn't have) we were no longer patients. Great group of people that genuinely care about your pets, will take the time to make sure you understand everything. So glad we found them to take care of our Great Dane. He is always happy to go to this veterinary clinic.
I can not say enough good things about this place. I would recommend to absolutely anyone. They love animals so much and will do whatever it takes to make sure your fur baby is okay. Absolutely love them!
They used illegal bait and switch for my cat's spay. The additional $50 charge, which they claimed was because she was over a year old, wasn't mentioned until I picked her up. I received the following excuses, "Well we don't know these things until they're on the table." I literally told them she was four years old at her first appointment. "Well we didn't have time." They got two phone calls from me to check in on my cat, and a final call that she was done. Somehow three phone calls isn't enough time to alert me of an addit... read more
