We have dealt with a very unresponsive, overpriced and unprofessional staff at Summit Veterinary Advisors. From sending reports that we didn't need or want, to being told that they were unwilling to go over training at a time that was convenient to our business needs. Getting assistance was inconsistent to say the very least. Multiple calls for them to fix the same issues they assured us was going to be fixed the first time. After our conversation I was referred elsewhere as she thought I would be better served by a different consultant.
