Do not use this company for managing your rental property. This company had bad communication with previous guests and left nasty reviews. We cancelled using them, and honored a rental in july. They gave us no indication the guest cancelled and we only found out when we reached out a week before. We lost out on an opportunity to make a reservation because we had blocked the days for their use
