I was at urgent care today and I was diagnosed with Bronchitis, the Nurse Practitioner prescribed me cough drops, I asked the nurse to change cough drops to liquid cough (because cough drops have not worked in the past for me) but she refused to and replied "I don't prescribe that medicine" as if I was asking for narcotics or something of that sort. Very friendly staff . We got in to see a doctor within 10 minutes!
Nothing but good things to say about Summit Urgent Care. The moment I walked in to their office today, I dreaded having to wait a long period of time to be seen for my horrible earache. They took me in right away and Carmen was just the sweetest, most kind and gentle woman who took her time and answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable which I love. Will definitely come back to this Urgent Care. Two thumbs up!
