Horrible place to do any type of work on your truck specially for onwer operator! Went there Thursday,.I asked the service to do.PM job with my filers replacement,check a air leak that I had on the trailer line, and replace my mudflaps. Also advise that my ac wo4ks but kept shutting off after running the truck for about 10 or 15 minutes. I took this kid all day long to.work on my truck and he didn't even fix my AC all he did was connect into a AC machine which im sure that wasn't my truck issue.. I just purchased a Entegra Anthem RV and had a problem with a DEF contamination alarm. I reached out to Rush as an Authorized Spartan Chassis Service Center. I received a prompt reply from Dave the Service Manager. I explained my issue and he told me what he likely felt was happening. Recognizing I have a trip coming up, he set me an appointment for the very next morning. They quickly diagnosed the issue, got warranty approval, overnighted the part and got me all fixed up. Website said open till 10 p.m. Both of their facilities were closed at 5:15 p.m. Needed a party and has limited to Memphis very inconvenient
