Before bringing the truck to the shop, we contacted the dispatch team and confirmed the situation with them. At that time, we were not informed that there was no available space for the trailer. I do not recommend this International dealer for service or repairs period. They unplugged one our sensors on our truck and then insisted we needed it repaired. We have a truck that is a yr old with only 85,000 miles on it but yet everytime we called they would say it needed something else repaired. We eventually just picked up our truck, paid the current bill which was over $1100 for basically an oil change and took it to our normal international dealer. Horrible place to do any type of work on your truck specially for onwer operator! Went there Thursday,.I asked the service to do.PM job with my filers replacement,check a air leak that I had on the trailer line, and replace my mudflaps. Also advise that my ac wo4ks but kept shutting off after running the truck for about 10 or 15 minutes. I took this kid all day long to.work on my truck and he didn't even fix my AC all he did was connect into a AC machine which im sure that wasn't my truck issue..
