Have nothing but great things to say about summit and there employees!! I had an issue with my stand they replaced it no questions ask, they didn't even get mad that I called them everyday to see if they sent my new one out!!! Although I didnt get it for the last week or archery and they were in rut I was so impressed with them I went and bought another one!!!!
Love my "Summit Goliath" , "Viper" and my two "Man and a Half" ladder stands. Summit has been my stand choice for more than 20 years and can't think of one complaint. Keep up the good work Summit !!!
