I can’t say enough about our experience with Summit Toyota of Akron. We found a used car for my daughter, her first, and from start to finish it went great. There was even a problem with the car and they worked seamlessly with us to resolve. Gary is a gem. So experienced, knowledgeable and easy to work with. When we need a vehicle in the future, I’m going here and working with him.

Aloha, just moved here and bought car at this dealer. Wanted to say how salesman Jim S went above and beyond to help what looking for, and when needed assistance, even after closing, was again very helpful. I also needed go to service department and the rep. there, Lisa, was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind...helping make a difficult situation into a guided positive result. I recently had my oil changed at Summit Toyota and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very helpful and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They took pictures right when I got there and also had some newer diagnostic equipment that checked the alignment on my car. Very nice experience at summit Toyota. Was my first time getting my Toyota serviced and it went very smoothly. Very friendly staff. The only improvement could have been a little faster service - 1 hour and 15 minutes for a tire rotation seemed a bit long but they were very busy. I would recommend this shop!
