We're first time homebuyers, just moved from out of state. Local friends sent us to a title company to handle a sale by owner. When I called Summit to get more information, I spoke with Tom Mulligan, the owner. He was rude, impatient and condescending, and his advice was to look up a lawyer in the Yellow Pages. I don't have experience with Summit's product, but their customer service is dismal, so I don't recommend them at all.
