Save yourself, this is the worst place we've rented from so far. Their property manager does nothing but sit in front of a computer all day and yet STILL can't even acknowledge an e-mail to save her life, units are priced like luxury despite things like our ceiling light's shade being attached to the ceiling with literal adhesive tape, and they'll claim you're violating the lease for having packed boxes in your space for too long (even if they're not trash, nor a fire/tripping hazard in the manager's own words). Good luck trying to get a reference for one of their tenants. Melissa Harper is comically bad at answering the phone, coordinating schedules, and conducting all around property management duties. Time to get a new job!

These guys are terrible at answering the phone for anything! I called over the course of 4 days 17 times. No answer!
The application process is not good. They require 550 deposit up front they keep 50 dollars before they tell you any requirements. They take over a month to return any deposits.
