Just want to give a shout out to our new property manager, Jonathan Marlow. He's been so communicative and addresses maintenance requests quickly. Makes all the difference as a tenant to have a property manager you can count on!

We have lived at Summit Terrace now for two years. Nice quiet neighborhood, clean property. Love it. The day before we were leaving on a two week vacation, our washer and dryer broke. We stopped in the office and spoke to Kyle. Upon our return from the vacation, at 2:00 am, there was a beautiful washer/dryer combo that Jason installed while we were away! Thank you Kyle and Jason for continuing to be so responsive! We appreciate it and will certainly be staying!!
Multiple requests sent out to address issue with washer and drier and not a single response. You call the office and no one picks up. You leave voicemails, no one calls you back. You go to the office, there is nobody there. They will occasionally show up for emergency maintenance but will not tell you if the problem was fixed. Landlord here pretty much avoids making contact with tenants.
