If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. This place is TERRIBLE! Do not waste your time or money! After having 2 units for over two years, my 70-year-old mother discovered there were many leaks in both units, as well as infestation and rodent damage. ALL of her belongings were wet and covered in mold and urine. Thousands of dollars were paid to secure these items. Over 5k to be more accurate. This business is unethical. A friend of mine stored their belongings here for 3 months and the whole unit leaked! Mold and mildew were everywhere! They advertise dry storage and when asked for compensation, they denied it and said they would do nothing! I wouldn't trust anyone's belongings there.
