I used this vendor several years ago to install granite countertops in my new kitchen. The Project Manager was good to work with but the installation team was a joke. First of all, when they arrived to do the install, they backed their trailer over my front lawn, right up to my front porch. Unfortunately, they were not paying attention to what they were doing (they were driving too fast) and they carelessly smashed the trailer into my brand new cement porch and damaged it.
