When you walk into a company and you tell them what you need. I have a little piece of steel that is 7/16 thick and he’s trying to sell me on a 3/8 piece I was expected to pay for a full sheet. The gentleman in the front had no idea what he was doing. Gentlemen, in the back yelling sizes is rude and unprofessional. Come talk to somebody face-to-face and not sit behind your desk. Laaazzzzyy. Read reviews didn’t get the outstanding customer service like everybody was talking about. Way to run a business.👍🏻

I came here because I read the great reviews of their customer service, and was not disappointed. I came right before a holiday weekend not realizing they were closing early for the holiday. Despite being off the clock the guys in the yard helped me get what I needed so I could finish up the project I was working on. I am very grateful and couldn't recommend them more.

Rick Casey helped me get just what I needed! Great customer service. They stock dom and 4130. I was also surprised to notice a really well equipped cnc machine shop.

Summit is well organized and managed. Customer service is the best. I've bought from them only a few times and I will certainly return.
