Despite multiple attempts to obtain an estimate for the new staircase, I have not received a return phone call. At the very least they could inform me that they are too busy or not taking any new orders.

The material was great, but the service was completely unacceptable. Specifically, working with Meghan was a terrible experience. Timelines were consistently missed, communication was incredibly poor, and her attitude was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. It’s a shame the product quality is overshadowed by such awful customer service.

Our hardwood flooring company coordinated with Summit Stair to replace an antique stair post that our dog ate as part of a bigger project. Summit was timely, organized, communicated, and above all professional. Dominic who installed the post was so incredibly talented and true master of his craft. We were elated by his work. Such a lovely gentlemen. Highly recommend Summit - and for future projects we would request Dominic. Thank you.

The stairs came out great. We provided photos of what we liked and they exceeded our expectations. Ernie did an amazing job and left the area clean when he was done. Office staff was responsive and helpful. Gary answered all my questions.

New owners have let the company go downhill, very much quantity over quality these days. staff are completely unprofessional.
