I’ve grown frustrated with this office. Everytime I schedule an appointment over the phone they put it in on a different day than the one they tell me. I don’t get confirmation until two days before the appointment and then have to cancel because I planned for a different day.
The staff is rude they hang up if they don’t want to talk to you and the younger staff always have nasty attitudes and talk in a condescending manner.
I have seen multiple physicians for various reasons at Summit Sports Medicine. Everyone there from the front office, nurses, and the physicians are amazing! I am so blessed to have been treated and healed by them! Highly recommend calling them!
