Dr. Kelly gave me injections in the neck and knee for extreme pain. Both bad results.. No follow up. I felt he was very inexperienced. My knee was extremely painful on the left side. He gave me an injection on the right side. He said it made no difference. The result was awful. It did make a difference!.
