I bought THE CUTEST burton snowboard. I also bought never used donated burton boots to match. Also got a new pair of binding 5th elements. Once I got home to try to attach the binding I realized I needed different hardware. I went back to Novi play it again where the staff there had no problem helping me. They even spend the time finding the correct hardware. And installed my new binding while showing me how to incase I ever wanted to change my footing. They were a huge help. Prices here are crazy high. Saw a bat for 179 and the exact model is online for 119. Nets are only about 15 bucks under new. It’s a wonder that quite a bit of stock has been on the shelves for months. Good thing they are in Novi.
Great customer service and great team of workers. If you buy skates don't let them sharpen. Couldn't even cut butter with the skates.
Went in there to sell a wakeboard- Alex and Aaron, too young kids were in there. The kid was standing there as I could barely hold the board and walked away from the door. They proceeded to treat me awful! I asked the young man why he couldn’t open the door and he walked away and he said I don’t know? I will never patronize your business again!! You need to Train your employees customer service.
