Stopped in here on my way home from work to look at boards/skating accessories for myself and my son. Was helped by Erin and Noah…not only were they friendly and Courteous , but they tolerated me testing out a skateboard in the store AND THEN THEY EVEN DISCOUNTED IT FOR ME OUT OF KINDNESS!!! They certainly made an 8year olds day with this and I will be forever grateful to them for this. !!! I’d recommend this store to others 5 outta 5 !
I bought THE CUTEST burton snowboard. I also bought never used donated burton boots to match. Also got a new pair of binding 5th elements. Once I got home to try to attach the binding I realized I needed different hardware. I went back to Novi play it again where the staff there had no problem helping me. They even spend the time finding the correct hardware. And installed my new binding while showing me how to incase I ever wanted to change my footing. They were a huge help. Prices here are crazy high. Saw a bat for 179 and the exact model is online for 119. Nets are only about 15 bucks under new. It’s a wonder that quite a bit of stock has been on the shelves for months. Good thing they are in Novi.
Great customer service and great team of workers. If you buy skates don't let them sharpen. Couldn't even cut butter with the skates.
