Dr Chai and the staff are all so kind and friendly. Finally a doctor that listens and cares! I plan on having all my procedures with him. After seeing several doctors after a botched septoplasty it felt like no one was willing to listen to me but Dr Chai asked questions and was willing to answer questions I had. Very happy I found him!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! The wait time is a minimum of 45 min if you are lucky , even for tele visits the wait time is at least 15 min. My wife , daughter and myself had about 7 visits and we were never late rather early to each appointment. Today 3/19 I had an appointment at 4:15 and I arrived at 4:25 and the front desk person told me I needed to reschedule, I told her that what was the point to arrive on time if probably I was going to wait 45 min anyways and she said there was no “ grace period “ for the last appointme... read more

I was at a point where I was having trouble getting out of bed. I was going to another Doctor (I wont mention their name) but my PAIN kept getting WORSE. So I googled SUMMIT BACK and SPINE PAIN CENTER and I’m very THANKFUL for DR.CHAI. He has BEAUTIFUL bedside manners and he helped me understand the problems with my BACK & HIP and why I was having so much pain. His treatment plan work for me. I would recommend the doctors there to anyone.
