Dr. Patel has always been attentive to my concerns and is very knowledgeable in procedures and even some of the insurance side of things.
Don’t go here for treatment. It’s very nasty. The help is rude. They severely injured my 95 year old Mom’s leg and she bled out on the floor. They didn’t offer to help her at all. I had to take her to urgent care to get the bleeding to stop and get wound care. Also the equipment they use is outdated. My Mom’s leg is still in bad shape. Go at your own risk.
Worst doctors office I have ever been to. After 15 minutes past my appointment time I asked what was going on. They told me they were waiting in my insurance to be verified. This was not my first appointment there. Come to find out the kick all insurance processing to a third party company and they were not responding. Then I got them to admit that they were over booked at about 45 minutes past my appointment time. Come to find out they got downsized in the number of the patient rooms so they were way overbooked.
I gave them 3 stars because everyone in office from front desk to provider were very nice and helpful. If you have a question about medication they have prescribed you or anything else outside of your appointment, GOOD LUCK getting a hold of anyone that knows how to help.I was sent an email to download Healow app and it stated I would be able to ask questions of my provider, medical assistant and staff.I had a question so I downloaded and activated the app. I go to messaging and there’s no providers in the drop down menu and... read more
