ATTENTION: Bobby Payne and Billie Sambucco I am early into my relationship with Summit in Greenville, SC, but everything I have experienced to date is GREAT! I have interacted with six members of their staff, and all six are very personable and helpful. I would unequivocally recommend this firm to my relatives and friends. Quality of medical care was good enough, but the back-office / admin side of the house became increasingly frustrating. They need to make copies of my license and insurance every visit? They can't email statements? I can't pay online? Every statement I got in the mail told me a different amount to pay, and the statement didn't even agree mathematically to itself. Seems like another example of private equity getting involved with really stupid and/or poor execution.
Kenequa and Misty were absolutely amazing. You deserve to give them both raises and give them travel pay . Every time I come in they have been absolutely amazing!
I had an appointment at 8:30 in the morning with Dr Hamilton and was the only person in the waiting room. Which is understandable since the office opens at 8:00. While the front desk staff was pleasant and checked me in immediately, the doctor kept me waiting for 45 minutes. When it became clear he was still nowhere in sight, I decided to leave.
