Dr. Thompson is great! I gave it three stars because im a bit frustrated. I have gone here for a few months and despite bringing up the pain in my neck it seemed to be ignored. I cant remember him ever actually feeling my neck. If he had he would have noticed the giant knot. I had to go to the ER because the pain was so bad. They found what was not found for a long time. I did not feel like i was taken seriously. We did the same routine 10 minites streches when I kept insisting I was in a lot of pain.
I was referred to the office for treatment of sciatica pain. The initial consult was a half an hour and free of charge. The receptionist took my insurance information with Regence and indicated that Regence normally has a $30 co-pay and the insurance should cover the balance. Based on this information, the doctor recommended a 20 visit treatment plan. Highly recommend this location for adjustment needs and sports massage services. They not only have such passion for what they do, your overall health and comfort is always the end goal. The staff are friendly and make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. We just relocated to Idaho Falls and they gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat. BE AWARE of this place. Went there this summer (2024) because my neck needed to be readjusted. They asked if I had insurance which I did but I told them I wasn’t sure if my insurance would cover chiropractic care. They ran my policy and said everything was good and the doctor put me on a program where I needed to come back like 3 times a week.
