Drove over thirty minutes with my wife and young kids and get there on time for my appointment. I wait for over an hour and no one even lets me know what is going on. I asked the front desk woman if it was going to be happen or not because my baby is crying and we have lots of stuff to do today. She said they just pulled my paperwork and were about to get me.
