I have only been going to SUMMIT SPINE for 6 mos. EVERY appointment I have waited for at least 2 hrs to see the doctor. And EVERY appointment they have wrote my meds a week short until the next visit. This is the ONLY place that does this?? Anyone else have this problem??
Took my sister there the first time and the place was cold . The people at the desk were laughing, cracking jokes. It was not what i expected in a professional place. Today I took her back . She has been in pain for weeks. The place was crowded. They didn’t have enough chairs for everyone to sit. Some stood. We waited an hour after her appointment, so finally ask when she would be seeing a doctor . They said they hadn’t given her chart to doctor yet! Seriously! I scheduled an appointment here and gave them my Health Insurance. I drove all the way to my appointment and was on time. They then proceeded to tell me that they don’t take my health insurance and that it was $500 for me to see the doctor. I am a bit shocked. They didn’t call me ahead of time before I took time off of work and drove all the way over there to let me know they don’t take my health insurance. Saw Dr Pare, I am suffering from syatic nerve pain, he prescribed 30 days of pain meds, CVS and Kroger wanted $500 to fill it. I drove back to his office and told him I am not paying that, to give me something generic, He said that is all he could do. I will never use Summit spine and pain clinic again !!!
Mike was the worst!! Extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive!I will NEVER come back to this location because of HIM. Is this the type of people you allow to work in your establishment? No background checks or calls to previous employees? Blasphemy! Should also possibly invest in longer pants.
