Dr. An Do is great. He listens, ask questions, makes recommendations and ultimately provided the care my mother needs. I think another doctor was there previously and received low patient satisfaction.
All I will say is "STAY AWAY!" I am in TOTAL DISBELIEF OF THE ABSOLUTE IGNORANCE I have witnessed.
I have only been going to SUMMIT SPINE for 6 mos. EVERY appointment I have waited for at least 2 hrs to see the doctor. And EVERY appointment they have wrote my meds a week short until the next visit. This is the ONLY place that does this?? Anyone else have this problem??
Took my sister there the first time and the place was cold . The people at the desk were laughing, cracking jokes. It was not what i expected in a professional place. Today I took her back . She has been in pain for weeks. The place was crowded. They didn’t have enough chairs for everyone to sit. Some stood. We waited an hour after her appointment, so finally ask when she would be seeing a doctor . They said they hadn’t given her chart to doctor yet! Seriously! I scheduled an appointment here and gave them my Health Insurance. I drove all the way to my appointment and was on time. They then proceeded to tell me that they don’t take my health insurance and that it was $500 for me to see the doctor. I am a bit shocked. They didn’t call me ahead of time before I took time off of work and drove all the way over there to let me know they don’t take my health insurance.
