Make an appointment for 1:30pm, show up 15mins early as instructed at 1:15pm. Sit around in a chair for one hour. Don’t get called in for your appointment until 1hr AFTER your appointment time. Why make an appointment when they don’t follow their end of the appointment? People build their day around an appointment and when you get there for the appointment you sit around for an hour past your appointment time wasting your whole day. My visits at Summit in East Cobb are always great! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The doctors are nice and always explain things well. I definitely recommend this office.
They have been amazing with my treatment. I wish all my other providers treated me as well fro Nadia at the desk to Dr. Michelle and the entire staff. I would definitely recommend summit spine and joint centers to anyone seeing pain management services.
