I was on my way to Summit Sound and Security to have a remote starter installed in my car and I stopped to put air in my tires. While I was filling the last tire it appears the stem broke and the tire went flat. I had called Summit Sound to tell them I would be late and they were nice enough to have Jake come to where I was and change my tire for me, thanks Jake! Once I got there they told me they were going to give me a discount on my remote starter as well. Just want to say thank you so much for your great customer service... read more

Just like other reviews who asked them to install a radio that you bought somewhere else. They said its almost done then oh it won't work. They try to sell you their own radio. I told them to just put back the factory radio. Then when I went to pay and pick up my van. The guy says $219. I said the other said $200 INSTALLED. HE TURNS AND SAYS OH THERE'S TAX. I then I said INSTALLED the radio that was meant to be installed not the factory. He in turn with a smirk, we had to reinstall the factory radio!!! F ck this place I will... read more
