We bought a house in Utah in March of 2021. At this time the housing market in Utah is insane. People are offering 20k-75k and sometimes more over the listing price. Ben knew exactly what needed to be done to get us into the house we loved. I talked to the sellers realtor after closing and they told me that they had several offers higher than ours and the reason that they went with us is because of Ben. He knows what he is doing and he is very professional. In a market like this you must have an experienced realtor.
