We live in a very large historic home that's been divided into condos. Our condo HOA consulted with Ian House of Summit Roofing about the condition of the home's roof (which had jad a small roof leaf repaired by a previous owner). We sent Ian drone photos, and the information he provided was not only thorough but very reassuring (i.e., no further roof repair needed).
We were provided great service! Juan and Joe went above and beyond to provide great customer service. They worked around our availability and checked in with us frequently to keep us informed throughout the entire process.
