I’ve only rented here for 2 weeks but so far so good. Jane on the phone is so sweet and detailed. She explained everything so well then even sent me all necessary information via text to help with any questions. The price is so reasonable compared places nearby. It’s easy to make payments online or with all their other options. I appreciate the light and outlet inside. The only downside is that melted snow can come inside the unit but they warn you of that when signing.

My dad started with the storage unit here and he died a few years ago. So we have had to take over payments and have done so. So now everytime we pay they allocate my money to different months and claim i never paid that month even though I've proved it through my bank account that they got there money the month they were supposed to and any money from a late payment was also paid for so I'm caught up but they keep saying i'm not and still owe for December when I paid for December 2 days ago. Raised prices without warning.. had to move all my kids stuff out quickly to avoid paying inflated prices .. not good business practices.. IMO..

This place really is the best. Nice area, clean, no bugs or water in our units we had for over 12 months. The inside light was very convenient. Jane is awesome to work with and has easy payment options. Strongly recommend this place!
