This is my first experience with Summit self storage and it was great, fast and efficient. I found my unit online, reserved it and processed the rental order in less than 10 minutes; they explained everything in detail and sent me all the paperwork electronically and signed electronically as well. They sent me my access code and got access to my unit that same day. The facility is very clean, everything looks well maintained and modern. Easy and quick process. Great facility. I 100% recommend it.
Susie gave me a tour of the facility today and helped me choose the right unit for my items! She is the best!! If she makes a recommendation, take it! She knows what she's talking about! The facility is soooo clean!!! Inside and out is well taken care of. There are security cameras every where! Not your typical storage unit experience! Its worth every penny and extremely affordable!

Upon my search for a five-star company storage facility, I stumbled upon this gem. I was thrilled by the incredibly affordable price. The location is convenient, and the customer service is exceptional. They are patient, polite, and make me feel at ease. I particularly appreciate the upper area near the ceiling, which is sealed and covered for privacy, ensuring that no one can peek in.
Cheryl was phenomenal, she helped us look at and secure a storage spot quickly and efficiently. The property is clean and secure!
