I had a wonderful experience! Nice friendly staff.
Highly recommend Summit Self Storage. Everything was super simple to store my items here. I was in a bind after the hurricane and they had a clean unit ready for me. I never had any issues while storing my items here. Having their moving truck as an option was helpful too. The staff is nice and very responsive. They go above and beyond, especially when your car dies when you are moving out!
The facility was always clean and I felt safe accessing it. The move out process was very simple and there were no hidden fees. I have referred two people to this facility, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a storage unit in the Augusta area!
I was so happy for the help and reception that Susie Newman the store Manager gave me ...I really did appreciate her patience and kindness she gave me on a pouring down rain kind of day lol....But, all went well no harm! Thank you for my Blessings to everyone. I am grateful and appreciative to all very much. Pray I pull all this off for Christmas would be nice! Thank you again.
StorageSummit was a great place to store my belongings,very clean,climate controlled,and the staff was very nice and courteous..I would Highly recommend!Susan the property mgr was very helpful..
