Came here after an insane price jump with a competing storage facility. I rented online and Gina gave me a call right away. Super personable, helpful, and fast. They have a 12 month price garuntee. Their facility is clean and secure and each unit is easily accessible. 5 star all the way.
Customer service is alive and well at Summit Self Storage. Gina is amazingly kind and responsive. I needed to make a last-minute change to my order and she helped me right away. Moving can be a stressful experience and working with Gina was a sigh of relief. Thank you, Gina.
I have used Summit Self Storage about four times in the last five years. The units are clean and in great shape as is the whole facility. The price is fair and the security of the facility is amazing. I’ve never had an issue with mice or water damage in any of my rental units. The staff is Incredible as are the owners. I highly recommend using this company for all of your storage needs!!
