Excellent office staff.....clean facility.....I never went in the office, did everything on line. The office staff was great and so was customer service. Easy reserving the shed, getting in to use, and emptying the shed. Had no issues with anything. Thanks for a great experience!!!
Easily rented my unit online. When I brought my first load to the unit, I was impressed with how clean and kept the place was. I noticed some insulation was falling down a bit. I called the office and Elizabeth was friendly and professional and offered a quick solution. They took care of the insulation and offered another unit if it fell again. The unit was clean upon arrival.
Store Manager, Elizabeth McCrea was a joy to be around! Really brightened our long day of moving
