Terrible place terrible management all around terrible, don’t waste your time or money unless you want to be ripped apart!!!
I use to like this facility and I really do not like leaving bad reviews but I must give credit to what’s due, I was very pleased with this establishment when I first came to do business with them, however after a few months when the previous manager left things were different, my rent went from 144.00 to 192.00 in which I had no knowledge of, I was told I was sent a email in which I wasn’t, I was told not to pay for my storage until I get a call from their district manager which never reached out to me whatsoever 🤷♂️, so ... read more
Nice facility but you CANNOT get anyone on the phone. Only way to get someone to call you back is to miss your bill and they will call quickly. I’ve left a bakers dozen messages for a return call since I’ve had a unit there and no return call. As soon as that payment is late though, they will call you with a quickness.
