I’ve had a great experience when I was able to reach someone. I just wish they actually put notes in the account when you call or come by because a simple issue that could’ve been taken care of in a few days turned into a few months to resolve.
I am new to the area, I recently moved from Missouri to South Carolina. I needed a storage unit for my camping tent that goes on top of my Jeep Wrangler. Elaina Sibert was working as a floater at this location and when I say she is an angel! She made my experience super easy and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
