Had Summit Roofing come today to inspect our house for any potential damage or leaks into our ceiling. They were thorough and provided great communication. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Tooth ache
We never got past the bid phase. They quoted $9,200 to repair a roof leak involving 40 tiles. Under the prior ownership, they repaired a 200 tile area for $1,200. I asked why the rate hike and never heard back.
The guys from Summit Roofing were great. Showed up on time, didn't mess around. Roof repair done quickly and they were very professional. Would highly recommend this company.
Summit Roofing was not able to help, however, they have in the past! I was asking for help with a walk deck, and the owner said ”if this walk deck must never leak and look good all while being able to last in direct exposure to the elements to call Tony with another company and no finders fees. I appreciate direct honesty, and fair prices. Outstanding ethics, and professionalism.
