The owner of the company has been more than fair with us. Replaced dishwasher no questions asked instead of just fixing the old one which is awesome. Got pest control out here pretty much immediately when I needed. Been here over a year and it’s been good. I guess just pay rent on time and be honest and upfront and fix small things on your own that anyone can do. So far so good.

I've rented through numerous companies in Montgomery County and summit ridge was by far the worst experience I've ever had renting a home. The management is completely terrible, they do not get back to you if you have questions or issues with the home. They come on the property unannounced and removed things from our porch, they threw away our personal belongings without telling us, the list goes on.
