This is by far the worst apartment I’ve lived in. The entire building smells terrible, there’s always garbage everywhere in the hallways and stairs. Management is rude. I would get noise complaints all the time for just walking around or talking to my roommate, it’s not sound proof at all. They will also take all your security deposit money when you leave and try to scam your money. Also every maintenance request you put in, you the tenant have to pay for. The apartments themselves are nice and quiet, but heed my warning when i say they nickel and dime you on literally everything. When we toured the apartment I had asked the lady if we would be charged for maintenance, and she said as long as we didn’t cause whatever we call about, it’s free. totally reasonable, right? Wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT DUE TO THE LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY FROM THEM! Every time I enter the building it smells HORRIBLE, it's disgusting dog poop is everywhere you go, nobody picks it up and they don't even bother to comment, the snow is never shovelled, THERE EMPLOYEES ARE HORRIBLE, they are RUDE, they are DISRESPECTFUL, and would do anything ANYTHING TO GET TO YOU TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT WASNT YOUR FAULT! These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND living there or reting from the Prairie Property company AT ALL. They are thieves because they steal your deposit and make you pay MORE for anything that was broken before living in the apartment and if you show them proof that it was broken before moving they say “ well it’s not our problem, I don’t see it written in the sheets” that is what this thief Susan said.
