My experience was great, McKenzie is very professional, kind and helpful ..
After the new management took over, things have went downhill! The front office people are down right disrespectful, and this place will charge you for services you aren’t even receiving. I also have asked for pest control (which I pay for monthly) for the last 3 months. They say they will add me to the list, but they never show up. They also have recently sent an email that they don’t want residents to visit in the office, they prefer an email, but good luck getting an answer.
