After the new management took over, things have went downhill! The front office people are down right disrespectful, and this place will charge you for services you aren’t even receiving. I also have asked for pest control (which I pay for monthly) for the last 3 months. They say they will add me to the list, but they never show up. They also have recently sent an email that they don’t want residents to visit in the office, they prefer an email, but good luck getting an answer. After renting in multiple complexes across various states over the past decade, I can say with certainty that the management team at Summit Ridge has been the most unprofessional, unresponsive, and openly disrespectful I have ever encountered. Nice place to live. Staff are very Friendly and easy to work with. Amenities are nice and the units are laid out very well. It is very convenient for me and my wife, Close to my work and anything we need.
Do not rent here maintenance is terrible!! Have cold water since March. They said I need a new water heater, however will not replace it.
Updates below: It is interesting to me that even under new management the front desk team seems more interested in sitting on their phones than helping current residents. Leaving this hear as a friendly heads up to anyone thinking about moving here. Updates as of June 2025: For the first of five summers here the management clearly fumbled the pool opening. Between not setting clear expectations and letting teenagers act rowdy in the pool area unattended... not sure what changed other than the management in this case because ... read more
