Reasons why I am happy to no longer live here: - the pool is closed almost every week - there is bird poop in the breezeways that never get cleaned - you will be charged with random fees that you were not aware of when moving in - when moving out I was quoted a specific dollar amount for my pro-rated rent, and when we discovered it was an error on their end they did nothing to fix their mistakes or pay me back the money I was owed - in the wintertime make sure to be extra careful because they don't salt the parking lot becau... read more
Do not rent here! Management frequently enters apartments without notice.
Jamie is very unprofessional and does everything she can to not do her job or resolve issues with residents. The complex has trash everywhere regularly. Also if you’re a single woman that lives alone I’d recommend getting protection, especially if you work night shift, Jamie is okay with sending random men from 3rd party companies to your unit early in the morning to bang on your door for “scheduled maintenance”.
I'm very happy here at Summit Ridge Apartments. Our units are nice. Sometimes maintenance is a little slow, however, they try.
