The property is in a great location, the units are clean and well maintained, and the staff are wonderful to work with!
I moved into this community in February 2026 and genuinely love my one‑bedroom apartment. My unit had brand‑new appliances and was fairly clean at move‑in, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, my overall experience has declined due to staff and consistency issues. Shortly after I moved in, my daughter and a friend both rented apartments here that I personally recommended. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Management is so slow and never responds. Management is so dogwater here- If you want thin walled apartments, USELESS management, ZERO water pressure and all around just an apartment that’s FALLING apart, this will be the place. Will never recommend this overpriced condemned building to anyone.
Tasha and Billy stepped up when I had a few concerns! They acted immediately in a very kind, caring professional manner. My family is happy to call this home for a couple years!
