Nice place to live. Staff are very Friendly and easy to work with. Amenities are nice and the units are laid out very well. It is very convenient for me and my wife, Close to my work and anything we need.
Do not rent here maintenance is terrible!! Have cold water since March. They said I need a new water heater, however will not replace it.
Updates below: It is interesting to me that even under new management the front desk team seems more interested in sitting on their phones than helping current residents. Leaving this hear as a friendly heads up to anyone thinking about moving here. Updates as of June 2025: For the first of five summers here the management clearly fumbled the pool opening. While I’ve appreciated certain aspects, it’s been frustrating dealing with unjustified rent increases and inconsistent utility bills. It feels disrespectful that lease agreements can be modified at any time without reasonable notice or clear communication. The recent $300 rent hike, introduced by the new management, is especially concerning—particularly since it hasn’t been matched with noticeable improvements or upgrades to justify the cost.
