A huge thank you Jeremy who expertly handled a sink and door lock issue. I really appreciate how he and Alex took the time to sort out two issues. Thank you to Miles as he takes the time to understand the renter’s situation and took care of a washer issue as fast as possible. In general, thank you to Summit Ridge Maintenance for sorting out some move in issues with care and as much speed as possible given different circumstances.
I'll update my review once my repair request from August are completed😉
Absolutely impossible to get a hold of a live person when you call their office. I've tried for two days with over a dozen calls at different times and no one answers. If you live here I hope you never actually need any assistance.
