Would not recommend to live here if you have more than one vehicle. They only give one permit so your vehicle will end up getting towed if you can’t find visitors parking. Office people will tell you that you can park anywhere as long as it is not reserved parking which was not true. If you don’t want to be paying almost $400 each time don’t live here. They do not care at all it does not matter if your vehicles are on the lease. THEY NEED MORE VISITORS PARKING IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE GIVING OUT MORE PERMITS!!!!
Horrible apartment complex. Worst place I’ve ever lived. Do not recommend.
Worst apartmentcomplex you could ever live in. AC was broken for four days still is broken. Keep saying somebody’s coming out, but they never said nobody out because it’s Not over 90° so they said it has to be over 90° outside in order for them to come and fix the AC just worst place ever they lied and said that they sent somebody then went back to look at my ring camera in the in my home and nobody came to come out so I called then she turned around and told me about the 90° situation . Very nice apartment complex they seem to be updating which is awesome. The office staff is great and easy to talk to.
I love this place. Summit Ridge is absolutely one of the best appartment complex’s I have lived at. The office staff and maintenance team are always polite and professional. Any time I’ve had any issue they have done everything they could to resolve it quickly. The appartments are very attractive. You also get a lot of bang for your buck here compared to any other apartments in the area.
