New owners completely dropped the ball… they do not communicate what so ever about anything, cannot get ahold of the office ever, go up to the office no one is there.. Ive put in service request get no update or response. They took over early this year pay for pest control and they’ve only came twice. Super disappointed in the switch to new owners. Upside the Maintenance crew are nice, respectful people.
I moved in in August of 25. At first I had no issues and even really liked living here at Summit Ridge, but now I have a much different opinion. I have had multiple ongoing leaks in my apartment that were just repaired with a band aid basically. My AC unit, and the one in the unit above me are leaking and now there is water all under the floor boards in the bathroom, hallway, and front closet. Don't believe any positive reviews posted prior to 2/1/2026. Those were for previous owners and management. The new company is THE WORST. They lie and spin excuse after excuse. I have recordings, screenshots, and photos of all their neglect and proof of their lies. Just two days ago they lied about another one and closed a ticket. The pretend to reach out and try to work out a solution, but have no intentions of actually having the work performed. The office staff suck, the maintenance team is a JOKE. I've been here for 3 years. I loved it here. But then we got new owners in February of this year and they absolutely cant seem to be bothered to pick up phones. I've called multiple times for a hot water issue going on 5 days now. The old team would have that done in 1 or 2 days. Had issues with my file would call and no one picks up, sent out emails no reply took 3 months before I walked in demanding something be done. Very Poor communications, lack of care for tenants, they wont call back to figure out concerns. Hard for m... read more
