I have been at summit for two years and it has all ways been nasty . The only time I ever seen it cleaned up and stuff getting fixed is when the old maint.man steve was here he had the grounds cleaned every morning before I left for work and always had a smile on his face. when I moved in they told me to write everything down that was wrong with the apartment. i moved in about 2 months ago apt was not clean and had several things wrong been told they would fix but fixed only certain things, started several projects and did not finish examples of my issues. kool aid stains threw out apt mainly in living room was told would replace has not done so. red die all over sink in bathroom stains all over wall paper plumbling in tub is wrong chunks out of bottom of tub, ceiling coming down in several places big hole in closet door said was on order the day i moved in has not been done twice... read more
